Tiffany Danielle Frazier is a South Jersey native who developed an interest for youth at a tender age. Tiffany has gained experience by the way of Caregiving, participating in Summer Youth Enrichment Camps as a counselor, teaching in her local community, volunteering for an Organization called Uniquely You; mentoring at Martha Washington Middle School and is sited as a published author of children’s coloring books that affirm and teach positive thinking.

Tiffany’s passion has always been to empower everyone she encounters to love themselves, find their passion and walk boldly into their purpose.

Tiffany is now pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Human Development and Community Engagement with a minor in Youth Work. Her focal point is to continue to pass the baton to the next generation; without leaving a bruise to heal. Aside from being an active member of The National Association of Professional Women, Tiffany sits proudly on the Board of Path 2 Greatness; she is also the Assistant Director of G.A.P Girls Rock while also giving her time to the Philadelphia L.E.A.D.S .

Noticing how society has set out to destroy the positive mindset of our youth was the birthing of ‘Empower Me’. In 2011 Tiffany started a group called ‘Empower Me’ for young ladies in the inner city from ages 9-18. Her mission is to guide these young ladies to reach their full potentials by having the ability to exercise their integrity and flourish in character all while fulfilling their purpose. Tiffany’s vision is for them to want to strive to live above average and cherish their worth.

Currently Tiffany is facilitating ‘Empower Me’ in shelters, middle schools, and workshops around the city of Philadelphia. With great intent, Tiffany is looking to expand ‘Empower Me’ into a Global Movement.  ‘Empower ME’ also provides many learning experiences for the young ladies, whether it’s cultural or educational.

In 2016, Tiffany also received the Presidents Volunteer Service Award, which included a silver medal, certificate, and personal letter from President Barack Obama. She was nominated and personally selected to attend the US State of Women Summit at the White House. In 2018, Mrs. Michelle Obama invited Tiffany and Empower to her ‘Becoming’ book tour in Philadelphia. Tiffany’s desire for the youth is to become great leaders and role models for the generations that follow behind them.
